Sign up as a seller and complete KYC/business verification (GST/IEC/PAN) to get approved.

Set up your company profile, logo and storefront so buyers can find and trust your business.

List your products
Add products with accurate specs, grades, batches and COA/TDS/SDS documents. Products are reviewed before going live.

Receive buyer orders
Buyers place orders against your listed batches. You are notified of each new order.

Confirm the order
Review and confirm the order so the buyer can proceed to payment within the payment window.

Agree to the seller contract
Accept the seller agreement covering your responsibilities, transaction rules, commission and refund obligations.

CHEMAZON charges a commission
A commission is charged on each completed transaction, as set out in the seller agreement.

Handle returns per contract
If a buyer returns a product and the return is approved, you refund the buyer as per the signed contract terms.

Complete delivery & settlement
Dispatch the goods with a valid invoice, complete the delivery, and receive settlement per the agreed terms.
