Seller Agreement

1. Listings & accuracy

Sellers warrant that all product, batch, COA/TDS/SDS, pricing, and stock information is accurate and current, and that listed products are genuine and compliant.

2. KYC & compliance

Sellers must complete and maintain KYC (GST/IEC/PAN) and hold all licences required to manufacture, import, or trade the listed chemicals.

3. Fulfilment

Sellers must honour confirmed orders, maintain accurate batch inventory, dispatch within stated timelines, and provide valid quality documentation per batch.

4. Moderation

CHEMAZON reviews and may approve, reject, or delist products and may suspend sellers for policy or compliance violations. Edited products may require re-approval before they are visible again.

5. Commission & settlement

Sellers set prices (including bulk tiers/discounts). CHEMAZON charges a commission on each completed transaction; the commission and settlement terms apply as set out in the seller agreement. Settlement is made to the seller after the transaction completes.

6. Returns & refunds

If a buyer return is approved under the Return & Refund Policy, the seller is required to refund the buyer as per these contract terms. Sellers must cooperate with the return review and QC process.
