Handling & safety

Many products listed on CHEMAZON are hazardous, corrosive, flammable, or otherwise dangerous. Buyers are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, transport, and disposal in accordance with the SDS/MSDS and all applicable regulations.

Documentation

Always review the COA, TDS, and SDS/MSDS for a batch before use. Documents are provided by sellers; buyers must independently verify suitability for their application.

Transport

Hazardous goods must be transported by licensed carriers using compliant packaging and documentation (including e-Way bills and DG declarations where required). Pickup buyers assume full transport responsibility.

Licences & permits

It is the buyer’s responsibility to hold any permits, licences, or registrations required to purchase, store, or use a given chemical. CHEMAZON does not grant any such authorisation.
