1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CHEMAZON you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the trade of industrial chemicals in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

CHEMAZON is a B2B platform for verified businesses only. You confirm you are authorised to procure or supply industrial chemicals on behalf of a registered entity and that you hold any licences your jurisdiction requires.

3. Accounts & verification

Accounts require email verification and platform approval. Sellers must complete KYC (GST/IEC/PAN). We may suspend accounts for non-compliance, fraud, or misuse.

4. Orders & stock reservation

Prices and stock are shown to signed-in members and may change until an order is confirmed. Placing an order reserves stock for a limited window pending payment. If payment is not completed within the stated window (currently 4 hours from order confirmation), the reservation may be released and the stock made available to other buyers.

5. Payment

Payment is currently processed manually — no online payment gateway is live yet. After an order is confirmed, the buyer receives payment instructions and must complete payment within 4 hours to keep the reserved stock. CHEMAZON charges sellers a commission on each completed transaction; buyers do not pay a separate platform commission.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to procure chemicals for unlawful purposes, misrepresent product data, or circumvent verification, quantity, or safety controls.

7. Limitation of liability

CHEMAZON facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers and is not the manufacturer of listed products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased through it.
