Mobile App Terms & Licence

1. Scope
These terms govern the CHEMAZON mobile applications for Android and iOS. They apply in addition to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and, for sellers, the Seller Agreement. Where a provision here differs, it governs your use of the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your organisation’s own procurement or supply activity. You may not copy, sell, sub-licence, rent, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, or use it to build a competing service, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Accounts on the app
The app uses the same account as the website. Credentials and session tokens are stored in the device’s secure keystore. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping the device and its screen lock secure. Tell us immediately if a device holding your session is lost or stolen.
4. Device permissions
The app requests a permission only when a feature needs one: notifications, for order, payment and dispatch updates; access to documents you choose, so you can attach COA/TDS/SDS or KYC paperwork and save invoices. Permissions are optional, may be refused, and can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings. See the Privacy Policy for what each one collects.
5. Push notifications
Notifications are transactional — order confirmations, payment windows, dispatch and delivery updates, return decisions and account notices. You can turn them off in your device settings; the same information remains available in the app and by email.
6. Updates, versions & availability
The app is distributed and updated through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We may require a minimum supported version so the app stays compatible with the platform, and we may add, change or withdraw features. The app requires a working internet connection and is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
7. No in-app purchases
The app sells no digital content, subscriptions or in-app items. Orders placed through it are for physical industrial chemicals supplied by verified sellers, and payment for them is handled outside the app as described in the Terms of Use.
8. Acceptable use
The eligibility, verification and acceptable-use provisions of the Terms of Use apply in full. In addition, you may not automate, scrape or bulk-extract data from the app, tamper with the app or its network traffic, or run it on a rooted, jailbroken or emulated device in order to bypass platform controls.
9. App store terms
Your use is also subject to the rules of the store you installed from. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app — support is provided solely by CHEMAZON at support@chemazon.store. Where the app is obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Suspension & termination
This licence ends automatically if your CHEMAZON account is closed, deleted or suspended, or if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling does not by itself delete your account or your data — see Account & Data Deletion.
11. Liability & governing law
The limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Use apply to the app in the same way as to the website.
