How we use it

To operate the marketplace: authentication, order processing, fraud prevention, seller verification, notifications, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Order-related details are shared between the transacting buyer and seller, and with logistics/payment partners as needed to fulfil an order. Admins access data to operate and moderate the platform.

Security

Passwords are hashed; access is role-based; transport is encrypted in production. No system is perfectly secure — keep your credentials confidential.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting support.
